SnapAlbum is one-time payment per event — no monthly fee, no subscription, no auto-renewal. A single purchase covers the full storage window of the plan you pick.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Accepted Answer

Stripe charges your card in the currency you see — USD, HKD or TWD — with no extra conversion step.

Question 4

Can I upgrade my plan after I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the host dashboard you can upgrade your event from Snap → Classic or Classic → Premium any time. You only pay the difference and all your existing photos and settings are preserved.

Question 5

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase if your event hasn't really started (fewer than 5 guests joined, fewer than 5 photos uploaded, and the event date is still upcoming). Past those points the album is in use and we can't refund. Email info@snapalbum.io with your order number to request one. Full terms in our Terms of Service.
