Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests point their phone camera at the QR card on the cake table. The album opens in their browser, they enter a name, and they upload. Total time from scan to first upload is typically under 30 seconds.

Will older relatives manage to upload?

Yes. There is no app to install, no password to remember, and the upload button is the only thing on the screen. We have had 80-year-old grandparents upload from a kids’ party with zero coaching.

How many guests can upload?

Snap (US$49) covers up to 50 guests for a small kids’ or family party. Classic (US$79) is the typical milestone choice — 150 guests, 12 months storage, live slideshow. Premium (US$99) is unlimited guests with the video birthday wishes for big-birthday and multi-day parties.

Can I cast the slideshow to a TV?

Yes. Open the slideshow link on a laptop or phone and cast to your TV via HDMI, AirPlay, or Chromecast. New uploads join the rotation within 2 seconds — perfect for the cake-cutting moment.

How do I share with relatives who couldn’t make it?

After the party, click Download All in the dashboard for a ZIP, or send the album link via WhatsApp / email to relatives. Grandparents and family abroad see every HD photo the same day.

How early should I set up the party album?

Most hosts set up a few days before the party. Storage runs from your purchase date — Classic gives ~12 months to make a photo book, Premium gives ~24 months for the highlight reel.
