Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests point their phone camera at the QR card on the table. The wedding album opens in their browser, they enter a name, and they upload. The whole flow is under 30 seconds.

Will older relatives manage to upload?

Yes. There is nothing to install, no password to remember, and the upload button is the only thing on the screen. We have had 90-year-old grandmothers upload tea-ceremony photos with zero coaching.

What is the difference between the three wedding plans?

Snap (US$49) covers an intimate registry or family wedding up to 50 guests. Classic (US$79) is the typical reception choice — 150 guests, 12 months storage, live slideshow. Premium (US$99) is unlimited guests with the video guestbook for traditional banquets and destination weddings.

Can we project photos on the reception screen?

Yes. The live wedding slideshow is built in. Plug your laptop into the venue’s projector or LED wall via HDMI, open the slideshow link, and new uploads join the rotation within 2 seconds.

How do we get the photos after the wedding?

From the host dashboard, click Download All. We package every HD original into a ZIP and email you a download link — usually within an hour for a typical 150-guest reception. Hand it to your wedding album designer the same day.

How early should I set up the wedding album?

Most couples set up 4–6 weeks before the wedding. Storage runs from your purchase date — Classic gives you ~9–10 months after the wedding to finalize your album book; Premium gives ~21 months.
