How does SnapAlbum work?

After you pick a plan we generate a unique QR code for your event. Print it on a card or display it on a stand — guests scan with their phone camera and upload photos and videos straight from the browser. The host downloads everything in HD afterwards.

Are my photos and data secure?

Yes. Photos are encrypted at rest in our cloud storage and delivered over a secure global CDN. Only the host has the master key — guests only see what they uploaded. We never share photos with third parties or use them to train AI.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. SnapAlbum runs entirely in the browser — guests just point their phone camera at the QR code and start uploading. Works on every modern smartphone.

Which languages does SnapAlbum support?

Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong / Taiwan), Simplified Chinese, and English. The interface auto-switches based on the visitor's browser language, so international guests just work.

How does payment work?

One-time payment per event — no subscription. Stripe Checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We charge in USD, HKD or TWD based on your locale.
