SnapAlbum's shipping service mainly covers the dispatch of QR-code cards. Once your purchase is complete, we ship the QR-code card to the address you provide.

These shipping terms apply to all orders purchased through SnapAlbum that require delivery.
2. Shipping coverage
2.1 Service area
We deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Delivery time may be longer for remote areas.
2.2 International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Service is limited to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
3. Delivery time
3.1 Processing time
After your order is confirmed we will process it within 1–2 business days. Once processing is complete we will arrange dispatch immediately.
3.2 Delivery time
Delivery time varies by destination. In general, delivery takes 3–14 business days. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and the actual time may be extended due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
3.3 Holiday delays
During major holidays or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be longer. Please plan ahead and place your order early.

4. Shipping fees
4.1 Fee structure
Free shipping in Hong Kong via SF Express stations. Hong Kong door-to-door, Macau, and Taiwan deliveries are charged at the recipient's account on delivery.

5. Order tracking
5.1 Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number so you can track your shipment on the carrier's website.
5.2 Notifications
We will provide shipping updates by email or SMS. Please make sure your contact information is correct and reachable.
6. Receiving and inspection
6.1 Receiving
Please check the outer packaging is intact before signing for the parcel. If you find damaged packaging or missing items, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
6.2 Inspection
After signing for the parcel, please inspect the contents within a reasonable time to confirm they match your order. If there are any issues, please contact customer service within 7 business days.
7. Shipping issues
7.1 Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and propose a resolution.
7.2 Delayed delivery
If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact customer service. We will do our best to find out why and assist you.
7.3 Damaged parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel or item, please take photos immediately and contact customer service. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
