Is SnapAlbum a subscription or a one-time payment?

SnapAlbum is one-time payment per event — no monthly fee, no subscription, no auto-renewal. A single purchase covers the full storage window of the plan you pick.

What payment methods do you support?

Stripe Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Stripe charges your card in the currency you see — USD, HKD or TWD — with no extra conversion step.

Can I upgrade my plan after I buy?

Yes. From the host dashboard you can upgrade your event from Snap → Classic or Classic → Premium any time. You only pay the difference and all your existing photos and settings are preserved.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase if your event hasn't really started (fewer than 5 guests joined, fewer than 5 photos uploaded, and the event date is still upcoming). Past those points the album is in use and we can't refund. Email info@snapalbum.io with your order number to request one. Full terms in our Terms of Service.

How long are my photos kept?

From the day of payment: Snap 6 months, Classic 12 months, Premium 24 months. Download anything any time during the window.
