What file formats and size limits are supported?

Photos: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and other common formats — 25 MB per photo. Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM — 500 MB per video.

How long are my photos stored?

From the day you pay: Snap 6 months, Classic 12 months, Premium 24 months. You can download every photo any time during that window.

How does Live Slideshow project to the big screen?

Open the Live Slideshow link from your host dashboard, plug your laptop into the venue projector / TV / LED wall via HDMI. New uploads automatically join the rotation.

Which languages does the interface support?

Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong / Taiwan), Simplified Chinese, and English — auto-switched based on the visitor's browser settings. Guests don't need to choose.

Who owns the rights to uploaded photos?

Uploaders retain the rights but grant the host a download and use license. Our privacy policy guarantees no AI training and no third-party sharing.
